Meet the expert behind J.E.W.E.L Canine: Jade
I’m a lifelong dog lover with 10 years of experience in animal care and professional training. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Health and Behavior and am an AKC certified evaluator, with a focus on building confidence, improving leash manners, helping newly adopted rescue dogs settle into their homes, and helping working breeds and energetic dogs burn off excess energy and stay mentally engaged, leading to calmer, more balanced behavior. My calm, structured approach targets real world behavior that makes life easier at home and outside.
I’m especially passionate about supporting shy or nervous dogs through clear communication, purposeful movement, and confidence building exposure. When I’m not training, I’m out exploring Washington’s trails with my own dogs and continuing my education in modern canine behavior.
